Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to all my products.

How to request a refund

Email karim.mesallam@gmail.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase so I can find your order. You do not need to give a reason.

For purchases processed by Lemon Squeezy, refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy. The time until the credit appears depends on your payment method and bank.

This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy's rights under its purchase terms.
