If PasteShelf is not right for you, request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. No explanation is required.

Email karim.mesallam@gmail.com from your purchase email, or include that email and your order number. Say that you want a PasteShelf refund. Do not send card or bank details.

The request date determines whether you are within the guarantee period. Refunds are processed through the original checkout provider to the original payment method. The time until the credit appears depends on the provider and your bank.

After receiving the refund, stop using the refunded copy and remove it from your computers. Your own exported reply text remains yours.

This guarantee does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights or the payment provider's own refund rights. For an order paid entirely with a 100% discount, there is no paid amount to refund.
